File Charge Policy. We will be happy to accept your digital files for Printouts, in fact it is the best way to reproduce your images. For the time involved and the risk to our computers, there will be a minimum service charge of $2.00 for accessing any file from a download, memory stick, CD, portable hard drive, or email for the purpose of obtaining printouts.
WE WILL TYPICALLY REPLY THE SAME WORKING DAY, WITH CLARIFICATIONS OR TO LET YOU KNOW WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR FILES. PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH A VALID PHONE NUMBER AND IF YOU DO NOT SEE A REPLY PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.
